WHEN ORDERING
Please provide at least three pictures of the house (more are always welcome) from the front and both side angles this will ensure that I have a full scope of the house. If there are any special details, please be sure to point them out or add photos of those details/items.
If there is a special phrase, quote, song saying you'd like added to the portrait please keep in mind of space. Shorter quotes are preferred.
Add your family name (ex, Metheny) & establish date (ex. Est. 1992, 1954, '10, '17) for an extra touch of personalization.

These paintings are on 140lb watercolor paper and painted with high-quality watercolors. I use various sizes of micron ink pens, Tombow fudenosuke pens, colored pencils for extra detail, and gel pens for small touches of high lights and extra embellishment.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please send me an email within 30 days of the purchase date at hannah@whoahannahcreative.com with a picture showing damage & I'll be happy to replace it & re-ship for a small shipping fee of $50.
SHIPPING INFO
Framed paintings will ship in an extra secure & well-packaged box preventing breaks along the way.
Paintings that are not framed will ship in sturdy mailers with chipboard backing and protective cello sleeves.
